I've been using Paypal for sometime now but unintentionally just stopped using this account. I join back on and the card linked to my account no longer is open and the card is stuck in my wallet. Can only "update" the card settings but can't do nothing more. I don't know if this may be the reason why my account has restrictions but I can't really show documents of "providing proof of credit card identification" because theres no way one single debit card that's now closed caused my account to be restricted. Should I provide statements of that debit card? Ive contacted Paypal myself and all they do is repeat the process to me over and over which doesnt really help.
