Hello,
I've received a notice to send my personal data to lift my account limits, but when I tried adding my bank it doesn't do anything. The bank icon is like "Confirm your bank" when I clicked it i just get moved to add another bank account. What can I do?
Also when I try to add my visa debit card it says "We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date." I had deposited 20 EUR at my bank so I don't think that's the problem.
Also it says to verify my residence let's say I select phone bill, the name at the bill tho is my father's, will it cause any problems? If yes what can I do?
