Account limitation

Hi, I’ve recently started selling on eBay and now my PayPal account is limited. I’ve sent 3 documents of proof of postage including the postage receipt, the positive feedback from the buyer and the tracking number. It’s been almost three weeks and I haven’t heard from PayPal regarding this at all. Just the message “this is submitted for review” the status hasn’t changed at all. I’ve sent 3/5 things PayPal are asking me for as I don’t have a identification document at the minute and the supplier thing, as I bought the item from eBay originally. Is 3/5 things enough?

You'll need to provide all info PayPal is asking for, maybe that is why there's been no update. For supplier invoices, if you do not have the original order and payment receipt for the item you sold, write a letter explaining why, pdf it and then upload to the case. Then work on getting and providing identification document.
