Hi I was wondering if I could get help/advice on this. So I noticed that not this email/account of mine, but that I saw that some random person is using another email of mine (my email, but different than this account) as their pay pal and I can’t access it because they used their phone number for security. All I want is for that account to not be used with one of my personal emails.
