Hi i have visa card and im from Montenegro can i use pay pal services(send,recive money)?Because i tried once to use my visa card on pay pal and it didn't end well it took my money but the card didn't show up on the pay pal...
You can only send and not recieve payments in Montenegro.
However you are using a Serbian paypal account.
Its against paypal rules to use another countries paypal account to try and get around the country rules and will never work properly for you and will at some point be limited.
