Dear PayPal, I have a problems with transferring money from this account to other one. By mistake account one was created with wrong address that is in US. Now I would like to send money from account one to account two which has right information about me, after that I will close US account that has wrong address. Is this possible and how? Also is there some way to change address and country for PayPal account? To withdraw money is not an option because I do not have bank account in US. Best regards, Vladimir
Sadly as you can't verify a U.S account then you won't be able to send the balance to another account or withdraw it.
Your best bet is to ask the person that sent the funds to that account if they can open a dispute to get the funds back and then pay again to your new account opened in your own country.
