Account has an old phone number - and phone verification is asked to get to the account

How to solve this: My account has an old phone number that no longer is in use.

Suddenly I need sms/call verification to access my account.

In order to get to the profile, and change the number, I should be able to log in, which can't happen, as I don't have the phone number in use anymore that's associated with my profile.

 

I can't even send a help request without logging in!!
