Account got permanently limited

My account got permanently limited about 2 months ago and it is still not activated. I tried to contact customer support but they are not giving any answer about why they have done this. I have started my business recently and this is the only way for me to receive payments. Now I am feeling helpless and unable to grow my business. Can anyone suggest me what should I do now?

Sorry, but you'll need to contact customer service and see what they can do to restore you account. The thing is they may not be able to disclose the reason for security (and even government regulations may prevent them from telling). If they told people why, it may render their security protocols useless because people can work around it.

 

Otherwise, you are permanently banned and can not use PayPal anymore and will have to use a different payment processor to process your payments.
