They said they needed more information from me a valid photo ID and they froze my account I can't withdraw money I can't buy things online not only if I had to wait forever to get the money now they froze my account to my daughter's birthday tomorrow and that was the money I was going to spend on it

Happened to me too! Have you sent your ID? We have had it drummed into us never to share this kind of personal info and I am not doing it - so my small business pay pal account is now frozen and I have to move to using bank transfers and credit cards instead, so inconvenient but have completely lost trust in Paypal now. A business the size of Paypal should not need to be asking customers for copies of their ID to verify who they are - unless their records have been hacked.
