Account disabled and can't update my password

I can't login to my account because it has been disabled, the error I receive from the login page is "For security reasons, you’ll need to reset your password." and in such a case the way to do it's to update the password but to do this I have to receive a code on my mail and on the phone number registered to my account. But at this time it's impossible to do this cause I don't have access to the phone number anymore due to a long time of inactivity.
- What can i do to update my password and get access back to my account?
- What will happen to the credits on my account?
I was trying to call but the assist voice call sent me to the help center while any of the articles in the help center can't solve my problem because they ask to login to the account and go to account limitations but I can't login to my account.
