Account details

A site is requesting my account details so I can send and retrieve funds but, I don't seem to be able to find it.

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Just a guess as there's no details about the site or purpose but, they probably just need your email address - the same one you use to login to your PayPal Account with.   For example, if the site will be sending you money, they would need your email address.  (The PayPal system is based on email addresses for sending and receiving funds.)
