Hi PayPal Community, One of my former employees created a PayPal account on his company email address. I never knew until a week ago when I received an email in my inbox since employee has left and now all his emails come to me. They are all business related emails though. I tried to reach out to him but he didn’t get back to me. Now my question is how to have the account or at least his (company) email address removed from PayPal. We are into eCommerce and I fear he uses this email address to receive a payment and in case of dispute it’s our company’s reputation. I tried to reset password and it has a phone number that I don’t recognize. Thanks for your help.
