I was accessing my old account and it asked for my email and password and well I saw someone with the same problem and in one of the replies they sent a link but what I didn’t see was the UK at the end but it still let me Log into my account as I remembered my password but since from what I’m guessing the link is since the link is from the UK and my prepaid card is from the US my account is locked 😕 and so I’m having a hard time logging into my other account. So is there a way I can fix this without calling first? Or do I have to call for assistance?
