Account confirmation

I tried to confirm my card a few days ago and didn't receive the code on my transactions, then tried again and was charged again. I've lost patience as I need to make some payments asap so if I cancel my account will I be refunded the confirmation fee (that I paid twice now).

Takes 2-3 working days for the card to show up so have a little patience.

Paypal don't like you to keep opening and closing paypal accounts and if you do then you may have to use another email address and also have to make sure that your card was removed first.....also you can only add a card x3 times to a paypal account in its lifetime so if you remove it now and add it again you have already used up 2 of those lives.

Wait until your card is verified and then you can make the payments.

Thanks, but my question was whether they still charge you the fee even if you remove the card?
