Account change

Hello I have sent many emails, to try to get my account changed from business to personal, When i signed up, I made the mistake of choosing business instead of a personal account, Should I just close the account and start again with a new account? Its been about a month now and still no response to my email requests, Thank you,

That sounds your best bet but make sure you cancel all subscriptions etc / remove all cards and bank accounts so that you can re-start and use them on your new personal account.
