Account blocked - no proof of idea

Hi,

My paypal account is set up in my married name, Murphy.

Paypal have requested I send them proof of ID.

I have had a discussion with them on the phone and sent on many forms of ID but none will do because they are all in my madien name.

My drivers lience, passport and all bills are in my madien name.

My Marraige cert is signed in my madien also.

My account is now block, I cant send money to others or transferr to my bank account.

I cant find a contact number to ring them and my messages are not being answered.

If anybody has a contact number please send it on (I think you have to write the number or it gets removed, eg: one, two, three...)

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.

If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.

Live chat is also randomly available.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
