I can't add any card I see massage "Your account access is temporarily limited" I press to "provide information" down. After that I see "We want to confirm that the information in your PayPal account is accurate as we noticed some suspicious activity in your account. To understand this better, we will require some information from you" I added the photo of my passport - status "complete" And I added photo of my card - status "submitted for review" HOW LONG I NEED TO WAIT TO USE PAYPAL??? I've already been waiting for a few days...
