Out of the country without cell service and need to verify account to receive an issued payment. Is there a way to do this via email. PayPal gives me the option to "select another method of verification" but that seems to be a dead link.
If your paypal account was hacked and being used in another country then the scammer would change your email address, so sending an email to verify you is pointless really.
Paypal verify you by sending a text to your paypal registered and linked phone.
As you can't do that you would need to contact customer services and see if they can verify you via your security questions or by uploading your passport details.
