Account Verification

Hi.  I am from South Africa.  I am registering with clickworker.com to do online work.  They only pay via Paypal, when I verify my Paypal details for payment it tells me my account is unverified.  How do I verify my account?  I think I have filled in all the information on my account, when I use the resolution option it takes me back to my personal account details but does not show what information is necessary for the verification.  Do I need to change my account to a business one?
