Account Verification Stuck

I've been using my PayPal account for years now, and every now and then, they would ask you send your latest bill to prove thwt you're still at that address. Recently, I underwent that process. However, after submitting my scanned bill, it hasn't gotten back to me, it's been almost a month now, or perhaps more. I tried using their messaging system but the only response I got was from a boy with a useless spiel. I'd anyone else having this issue? Normally how long does it take now? Thanks in advance.
