I have been using my account for 8 months. I have verified my identity and address before. Confirmed my bank and credit card. I am facing a problem when I want to send money from my Paypal account to my bank account. It says your account has not been confirmed. I go to solution center but there is nothing there. My account was verified 8 months ago. Why is it now asking for confirmation again? Ok, I want to redo the documents or what is requested, but there is no one to inform me. There are no warnings or problems in the solution center. Can you please help me with this?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
