I received an email from PayPal saying my "account has been restored" and "thank you for verifying your identity", but I was not aware that there was an issue with it, or that it had been suspended, nor did I verify my identity. I can't see any issues or mention of this in my online account either. The email sender address appears legit. Anybody else get one of these?
