Hello, so I had to make this new account just so I can contact anyone on here who can help me. I originally lost my password on my account I made way back in high school has to be a few years now. As I try to recover password with the email I keep getting a issue stating “Something is wrong on our end please try again” I tried every few days, months, and it’s the same issue so I can not reset my password what do I do?

Were you over 18 when you opened your account? If you were not it would not be much good to you so best to close it and start over.

 

If you were over 18 then ask c.s. to help you access it?

 

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
