I have an issue with the account opening tonight. After opening it, I realized that I have used my English name, instead of my official name, as per my HKID card, for linking up my bank account or credit card later, since everything is under my birth name, instead of my English name. But I have created this Paypal account already, and made this little mistake. How can I go and correct it?
