So my account is limited due to "security reasons" but my PayPal has 250$ sitting in it. I can't transfer it to my bank or transfer it to another PayPal account. I tried searching up about this issue and it said to click resolution and whenever I do click resolution it just takes me to "sorry, there was an issue" page. Is the 200+$ stuck on that account now? Please help.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
