Hello, I’m unable to send funds to a Friend. I’ve provided/submitted credentials, passport pic to prove it’s me but it’s taking hours for anything to happen/progress . Frustrating that you can’t phone anyone. Can someone advice me please.

Unfortunately, you'll have to wait because staff is limited and responses are taking longer as a result.
