I received an email yesterday that my account has been limited. I have submitted my documents since last year but paypal has still not contacted me after 3 days. They just blocked it.
Already called but the call would not go thru. Also sent an email. Messages to facebook and twitter

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
