Hi Paypal Community,

 

I am having trouble with my accounts. I have a personal account linked to a Gmail address. I then opened a business account linked to a different Gmail address. I changed the primary email address of the business account, but know that account is once again a personal Paypal account and I can't seem to change it. On the other hand, the business account is now missing. Any guidance or contact info of people in Paypal who would be able to assist will be greatly appreciated.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
