it's actually my friend's issue but she couldn't log into her account. So she just received money from her relative she wanted to withdraw the money but she forgot her password, she tried to recover it but it requires her number, she tried recover it through email but it still requires her number. Apparently her phone has been broken and she couldn't save her sim card, she really needs that money. Send help anyone Thank You
