Account Downgrade

How long does it take to downgrade an account?  I emailed the customer service about it how many times but I did not get any feedback from them. Now, I cannot withdraw/transfer my funds since my bank is a personal account. Please anyone who could help.

Account type should not affect withdrawals unless your bank account name does not match your paypal account name.

If so then you could try withdrawing to a card instead, which is an option in your country.

As for how long it takes to downgrade it shouldn't take that long so your best bet is to...........
