Account Deletion/Recovery without the attached phone number?

Hi, I have another Paypal account from years ago on an old email account, however I don't have the phone number anymore that was used to create the account. 

Unfortunately I don't know the password to that paypal account anymore either, and I wanted to recover the account or have it deleted (as I don't use it), but that's actually not possible in the slightest bit. What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to recover the password to your old account. Please contact customer service by phone so a representative can assist with either recovering the password or closing the account. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then call as a guest.
