I had to update some information on my account such as address and mobile number. I removed the old data from my account and the new has become my primary. However, upon attempting to re-enter paypal I am getting the message 'We're sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you.
As I am unable to log in I am also unable to message them and have been going round in circles for some time.
Any advice please?
