Account Access denied after phone service disconnected
I have an old account that I no longer can access because the phone is no longer in service.
I have contacted support many times and have not received any resolution. They told me they would add me to a call back list, never received a call. I've been told from my first inquiry that an account merger was initiated and it did not happen. I have two transactions that have gone to that account and I have no way of accessing it. I have all the required information to verify the account besides access to that phone. Please help, there is no other option to access the account other than verifying with the phone.
