Hello everyone, so I have a problem with my account. Pay pal asks me to verify it by sending me a small charge on my account, the problem is that i don't have e-banking, so I cannot see the charge or the code. Can I do anything else? Can I even speak to someone on the phone about it? I mean a paypal customer's service? Thank you.
