Accidentally set up different country zone for account

Hello! I really need a help. I accidentally opened an account in US country but I came from Asia and due to the different country I cannot set up address, ID and do any transactions. I also can't close my account.

Is there any solution to this problem?

Regrettably, you'd be unable to change the information on PayPal to a different country. If you're having trouble closing your account, please contact us for further assistance.

Hello marina! 

I've seek help from center and they gave me one link to follow but i can't open it. here's the link they gave me. ( https://www.paypal.com/policy/hub/cip 

i want to ask them but the message is closed. i dont know what to do now. they said i have to give details but i can't even put SSN bcoz mine is different. 😞
