Ive accidentally changed my account from personal to business ( when trying to help my son accept donations on his streaming channel) - want to revert back to personal account. Any ideas?
You can keep it as a business account as “Individual” in terms of business type, as opposed to Corp, inc., Ltd., etc.
Otherwise you’ll have to reach out to customer service to downgrade to personal account. Click HELP at the top, click “Message Centre” or scroll to the bottom to click Contact Us. Then scroll down past the FAQs to click “Message Us” or other options if available.
