Accidentally changed account type

So I accidentally change my account to a business account and I cant change it back. It keeps asking for me to fill out my info for my company but I'm unable to as I dont have one. Is there anyway I can revert back to my personal account.

Contact customer service to downgrade:

 

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
