Access Denied

Just started happening after I purchased and new MacBook Pro 2020. I also updated my Wifi router so I'm sure something is flagging their system.

But, it won't even let me log in to start a ticket.

Any advice? It's rather unbelievable that anyone who updates or buys a new computer would have such issues.
