Hey,I want to accept the 10 dollars bonus PayPal sent me but I need it instantly. Bank transfer will take time and if I try to receive it in a PayPal cash account they say they could not confirm my identity and need me to upload documents and stuff. Can I do something else to confirm my identity? I really need the money now and I don't want to upload documents and wait and waste time.
