Every time for a while I have been asked to get a code from a message which Paypal sends me to my phone when logging in. Well, I receive the message, stick the code number in the box...and it says it is wrong! Sometimes I am not able to log in because of it. Absolute rubbish system which does not work.
I tried ringing them as I used to do in the past and their number doesn't work any more. They are not on the phone, for what it seems (please don't tell me it is because of that "bug" because this has been from much earlier than that)
Ebay decided to hold my many from some sales, small items I had at home, and they don't reply either (for several months, at least)
HOW DO I GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE? This is not acceptable from a company which makes MILLIONS A DAY SITTING AND DOING NOTHING.
