ATTENTION! My Grandfather needs assistance

As you guys all read the title, my grandfather has been locked out of his paypal. He logged in and was sent a security code to his phone which expires in 10minutes. He took more than 10 minutes to get the code and it expired and now he is completely locked out. We have been trying to contact a customer rep and they are saying due to COVID they are no reps available. I find it very distasteful that this company does not allow any way for my grandfather to contact any customer reps and that needs to be resolved. I am seeking assistance from a customer rep to reach out to my grand dad so he can have his account unlocked.
