I changed my address to A NEW ADDRESS quite long ago (more than 6 mths) but I haven't changed in PAYPAL account. Now my account show that they have some problem (I dont know why) and I need to verify myself before get the problem solved, but I cannot because when come to step to verify address, I am not living there anymore so I don't have any evidence. please help me to solve this problem. thank you
