the 2 small deposits were made for the confirmation process. where do i type in those amounts on paypal site to link that account?
When you click on "Confirm Bank", you get a screen that has 2 boxes that say "Deposit Amount", click on the boxes individually and it allows you to enter the amount.
The screen looks like this:
