hi, i wanna use paypal as a way to receive money from an online platform but, when i try to log in, it says that my account is not verified, even though i completed my profile correctly and completely. i attached a photo of the message. any ideas of what should i do?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
