Paypal portals keep me up at night.... declining all of my payments!
I cant link my new bank cards; the original one i tried with is a credit card, so i cant get this code you need till my statement comes (doesn't show on online banking) I have tried linking my iban and bank account and I get the error message 'cannot be processed' I am now trying to link a different card and it is also showing an error message if I try to pay directly through card on ebay, there payments still go via paypal so i get a declined/cant be processed message
Any suggestions?
PS this is my secondary account as i created a new one after problems begun.
HELP!
