A friend of mine tried to upgrade her account to a business account and later she decided that she doesn't want to anymore but PayPal keeps bringing up the page to upgrade her account with no option to cancel. This means she can't access her account anymore. What is to be done?
Great question! If you start the process to upgrade an account, it essentially can get you stuck in a loop if you don't finish the process. The best option in this case would be to contact us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can help downgrade it back to a personal account manually. 🙂
