Possibly a strange question but we have a club which has been split apart. The original treasurer has stopped anyone having access and the current treasurer does appear to have access but says he doesn't unless it suits. They will not share the information with the committee and no one has any idea of the state of the account. The club will fold unless we can get access to our Paypal account. We have the email address but even if we were to send a forgotten password request this would "not arrive". We cannot get hold of the Paypal ID number either. Any advice or suggestions would be gratefully received.
