When I login to Pay Pal I am offered 2 stage verification by sending me a text or having Pay Pal call to give me a code. I have tried using the text option but this does not work. Receiving a call works but I would prefer the text option. Looking at the solution in the help section I get the following instruction.
- Go to the Your Profile page.
- In the "2-step verification" section, click Update.
- Choose how you want to receive the code, then click Set It Up.
I do NOT have a 2 step verification section in my profile.
Any ideas how I can overcome this annoying situation.
