That tick box does exactly "hee-haw" as they say in Scotland.

Has anyone found a workaround for this issue yet?

Security is great... but it seems counter-intuitive, to 'trust a device'.... only to have to do it, over and over and over... either the device is TRUSTED, or, it not!!

This seems to indicate 'something' isn't right? Some security protocols? Or 'something' above my understanding and comprehension.

All I know is that when I hit the light switch.... there ain't no light... and I can't replace the globe.

Still no response on this???

I read somewhere that if you switched off 2-step, then switched it back on, then it would work but not for me...

Currently at 31 devices in my trusted devices. I think mostly the same device!

I'm close to turning it off, but I'd like the extra security...

Still having this problem late May 2021.  Windows 10, Chrome browser. Especially a concern because 2FA text messages have lately been delayed for long periods of time from Paypal when I need to make a simple transaction.

Same issue here even in March 2022. What the hell, Paypal!
