Hi, just checking something although the answer is probably staring me in the face, it's this Lockdown affecting my brain! We have 2 accounts in different emails, one for our PayPal machine and website, the other for everything else both business and personal. I wanted to merge the 2 so everything is simple, but it looks like I need to close one account? Thanks. Now I realise there's a community here I will log in more rather than ask PayPal!
You are allowed 2 paypal accounts as long as 1 is personal and the other 1 is business.
However a paypal account is identified by an email address and you can have up to 8 email addresses on the 1 paypal account.
So you can close one account and then give it some time and then add the email address on that account to your other account BUT it won't transfer any information from the closed account.
